Stir Up the Gift!

2 Timothy 1:1-7

In Paul’s last written letter, we see him passionately and purposefully pour into Timothy important truths he needs to remember. Our guest speaker, Robin Lewis, challenged us know these truths for ourselves! She encouraged us to recognize the power and purpose of God’s call; the gifts God has given; the importance of our legacy of faith; and the action needed to bring latent gifts to light. We must believe we are who God says we are, and stir up the gifts God has already given us. Exercise is required, but the power to do it comes from God’s Holy Spirit!
