The Jonah Challenge, Lesson 3

Cheryl Brodersen, Angie Emma
February 5, 2021

This week we looked at Jonah’s prayer from the belly of a fish—he finally stopped running and starting praying! In what looked like a hopeless and dire situation, we learned that we are never out of the reach of God! At first, Jonah did everything in his power to escape and hide from God, and now his only hope was that he couldn’t escape from God’s presence! We watched as God continued to pour out His grace and mercy by hearing and answering Jonah’s prayer—as He does for each of us!
