Life in His Name
Char closes out our series, Life in His Name, by asking us to consider these questions: What are we believing in? What are we trusting in and centering our lives around? Do we realize that how we answer is a matter of life and death? What we believe, whatever it is, is either killing us or enlivening us. Are we experiencing the kind of love, hope, and peace in following Jesus that we can commend to others? Do we have life in Jesus’ name?
Jesus offers to fill us to overflowing and to give us such incredible meaning and purpose that each of our lives, however small and insignificant they may seem, would be vessels that carry God’s living water, God’s very life to a thirsty and empty world. Will we accept Jesus’ offer today to center our lives around him and have life in his name?
