The Final Judgment
Ecclesiastes 12:13-14 says, “…Fear God and keep His commandments. For this is man’s all. For God will bring every work into judgment, including every secret thing, whether good or evil.” This is what will take place during the final judgment described in Revelation 20 after the thousand-year reign of Jesus and Satan’s final rebellion on earth. The message God is telling us today is that we cannot hide from Him or escape Him. This may seem harsh, but we were created as a people of worship. Whether it is God or not, we will worship something or someone. God is so gracious and merciful to draw us toward Himself and reveal the truth of the future. Take comfort knowing that God loves us despite the sin that dwells in our hearts. He desires us to choose to follow Him and be free of both blatant and secret sins that often dictate our lives.
