The Bible, Christianity and Slavery

It wasn't the atheists or the agnostics who abolished the slave trade. It was Christians. In his message titled, "The Bible, Christianity, and Slavery" taken from Colossians 3:22, 4:1, Pastor Brian Brodersen continues by asking, "Does the God of the Bible support slavery, as some today suggest?" The Scriptures declare a resounding, "No!" In fact, it was the teaching of Jesus and the apostles that undermined slavery and set in motion its demise.
