As we look forward to celebrating our nation's Independence Day, we have partnered with Run 2 Rescue, a ministry that seeks to bring freedom physically and spiritually to victims of sex trafficking.

On Saturday, July 2, you can bring "Freedom Backpacks" filled with items to assist in the transition from slavery to freedom for those that have been exploited. 

 

Drop-Off

To drop off your filled backpacks drive through the north corner of the CCCM Parking Lot from 9 AM to 12 PM on Saturday, July 2, and drop off freedom backpacks with the Run 2 Rescue team.

 

Items

All backpacks and items donated will help victims who have been sexually exploited. 
Suggested Items to fill new backpacks with: 
  • Pretty Bibles (NLT) 
  • Stuffed Animals 
  • Blanket 
  • Notebook 
  • Pens / Pencils (Fun designs and styles welcome) 
  • Socks
  • Tampons 
  • Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash
  • Toothbrushes & Toothpaste 
  • Hairbrushes & Hair Ties 
  • School Supplies 
If you cannot get all the items, that is OK; any and all items from the list are welcome.
