Beginning at 9 a.m. on Friday mornings the women meet in discussion groups to explore the passage of Scripture studied that week. After the group discussion the women gather in the Main Sanctuary at 10:15 a.m. for worship and a biblical lecture taught by Cheryl Brodersen. Childcare is provided.
The women's evening study is on Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. The study begins with worship and is followed different gifted teachers. The evening ends with discussion groups that minister to each other about the portion of Scripture studied that week. Childcare is provided.
The men's fellowship is led by Pastor Ken Sutton and several small group leaders. The purpose of the men’s fellowship is to connect men with the Lord and one another. We study together, pray together, eat together, and meet in small groups on Tuesday evenings. The men's fellowship also plans annual short-term missions trips and retreats as well as regular BBQs. We meet every Tuesday evening at 7 p.m. in the Main Sanctuary.
"theHOUSE" is a Bible study for all college age students and young adults who want to learn about Jesus. It is led by Pastor Abraham de Alba. We meet every Friday night at 7:30 p.m. in the Charis building. Check out www.thehouseoc.com for complete details.
We are a group of believers with a common goal to worship God in Spirit and in truth. The Intersection family meets weekly for a time of worship through song and reading through God's Word that we may mature as believers. We also join once a month to visit an orphanage in Tijuana, Mexico. Refuge High School
Our desire is to help grow and nurture the faith of young believers, knowing they are fully capable of having a fruitful and lasting relationship with Jesus Christ. We are a fellowship that emphasizes prayer and stresses the importance of daily Bible reading as tools to help strengthen and build ones walk. Utilizing small groups, worship, missions, and service projects are encouraged to grow your faith through serving others.
Junior High-Radical Truth
We are passionate about serving each and every student with the love of God,so that He can radically transform their lives. Along with our weekly services on Sunday mornings, Sunday nights, and Wednesday nights, we also have many fun events for the kids to get involved with. Calvary Chapel has a wonderful children's ministry. The focus is on teaching God's Word in a way that the children can understand and apply to their lives. We enforce biblical concepts through crafts and memory verses.
An often forgotten group of people are those in assisted living homes. Left by families, forgotten by friends, they long for fellowship and love. So come join us as we touch lives and share the love of Jesus through Bible teaching, singing, reading, encouragement, exhortation, and simply being a part of their lives.

A ministry of Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa, Armor of Light's mission is to share God's love with military personnel and their families. We reach out by meeting the physical & spiritual needs of those the Lord puts in our path. Armor of Light provides weekly Sunday services, a mid-week study, food staples, and clothing, outreaches, and hosts numerous events each year.

Our Senior's Fellowship is a Bible study held on Monday evenings in the Fellowship Hall that starts around 6:30 p.m. with informal fellowship and potluck style desserts and beverages, study beginning at 7:00 p.m. Our group is comprised of couples and singles who are nearing or are past retirement age. We have twice annual retreats, day-trips to local attractions, dinner nights, and potluck dinners, all with a Christ-centered focus on the sharing of God’s Word in verse-by-verse teachings.
SHINE is a weekly study every Thursday at 7 p.m. at Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa featuring worship by Dead Bones Arise and message by Ryan Ries. Ryan is teaching through the book of Mark. SHINE will also feature special interview seasons and musical guests throughout the year.
